We are a fast casual restaurant around the valley serving Poke –it’s like Chipotle with the assembly line, but with raw fish. Now starting to offer Signature Sushi Burritos with cooked items such as Shrimp Tempura, Bulgogi Beef, Karaage Chicken and Hawaiian BBQ.

Our team members take pride in preparing and serving Pokitrition's delicious food. They know that in order to do this right, they need a clean and organized work area.

By consistently following the proper recipes and procedures, and adhering to Pokitrition's high standards regarding food preparation, cleaning and sanitation, teamwork and customer service, they help to ensure that the Pokitrition customer experience is always the best it can be.

Team members get to learn about and work at a variety of stations: Cashier, Line, Online. In each area they’re greeting and interacting with Pokitrition guests directly, making their meals, while portioning out the ingredients to our standards.

Team members’ responsibilities require them to be on their feet working while clocked in. If they are not busy, they are expected to take on tasks they see that need to get done, and pitch in to help their teammates.

At Pokitrition we don't have multiple job titles for our employees but all of our crew will play the role of dishwasher, cashier, server, host, prep, etc. so be prepared to learn a lot and work hard if you join the team.

Store Manager Responsibilities:

THE Customer Service Experience, Shift Coverages, Scheduling, Emergency Store Runs, Interviews/Dismissals

Who we are looking for:

Someone to grow with our start up. First started up 5 years ago and now with 4 locations.

Someone who is reliable and dependable

Some BOH/kitchen experience preferred (cutting, slicing vegetables/fish), but not necessary.

Some experience preferred, but not necessary. We are looking for culture/personality fit more than experience.

Providing GREAT customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
