Responsibilities include:

Systems Engineer

• Provide support in the integration of CNIC systems or other related and required government IT requirements into all applicable and required facilities related Projects or Special Project Requirements. The contractor shall complete a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and provide to the COR within thirty days after assuming the position.
• Support the development of CNIC facility related requirements SOWs and PWSs that are used to implement or install the necessary facility services for CNIC IT systems.
• Review, provide comments or recommendations to facilities’ related IT Project requirements, designs or drawings and cost estimates, to ensure compatibility and suitability with current or anticipated CNIC IT system requirements.
• Survey facilities related project sites, and capture site status and requirements and submit the corresponding site survey report to the appropriate Government Technical Representative.

• Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure; ability to maintain awareness of and seek to meet the needs and wants of the customer without being prompted.
• Technical skills and experience related to Systems Engineering
• Proven ability to troubleshoot problems and look for solutions
• Solid technical aptitude.
• Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Basic organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple service needs simultaneously
• Proficient computer skills including familiarity with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Must be a self-starter and work well with direct supervision.
• Willingness to travel
• Must meet IAT Level 2 requirements with a certification in CCNA Security, CySA+ **, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND OR SSCP
• Must hold an active Secret Clearance

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Technical Training.

Minimum Experience: Twelve (12) years of hands-on experience in computer systems operations

Must have some experience performing suite surveys.

Mus have experience with developing drawings and cost estimates.

Preferred Experience: (but not required):

• Prior Navy related experience.
