The Role
The Talent Acquisition Partner will own the end-to-end recruitment of top talents to sustain the hiring needs of DuskRise in the EMEA region, alongside overseeing onboarding. The objective of the role is to staff all teams with outcome-oriented talents, as DuskRise scales and evolves, and to enable them to deliver outstanding results. We are looking for someone who has a strong hiring capability, ready to face a demanding environment and short timelines. The ideal candidate is a builder, someone who can come in with the willingness and ability to successfully create and execute sourcing strategies to identify the best talents for each position and ensure a positive and transparent candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire best in class DuskRisers
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Source and recruit candidates
- Screen candidate's resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Recruiting, preferably in an agency environment
- Prior experience in IT or Tech Industry (Cybersecurity is a plus)
- Experience in Talent Operations and Talent Acquisition Strategies
- In depth knowledge of talent acquisition and sourcing
- Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
- Development of strong working relationships with colleagues
- across departments and seniority levels
- Excellent leadership, communication and relationship building
- Curious personality, adapting quickly and enjoying a dynamic
- and constantly evolving environment
- Analytical skills, problem solving and aptitude for innovation
- Fluency in written and spoken English
