Job description
You will be part of the Supercharging team within Tesla, which is responsible for the deployment and operation of Supercharger network in Europe. You will become the central point of coordination for the Supercharger team in Italy & Spain, handling administrative and financial tasks, supporting with third party liaison, driving process improvements and assisting regions with their needs related to planning and building the charging network. The network today consists of over 700 sites in Europe and is expected to expand rapidly.
Your primary responsibilities are handling administrative tasks. Beyond that, you will handle impactful projects and are challenged to improve process to support the growing business while becoming deeply involved in the business.

- Administrative support and third-party liaison:
- Create and track purchase order and check requests
- Support with processing and resolution of account payables and account receivables.
- Onboard new suppliers and continuously maintain and enrich supplier database.
- Coordinate execution of agreements and further exchanges with Supercharger location partners.
- Support material ordering, logistics, and storage.
- Perform general office tasks and coordinate other administrative matters.
- Assist with projects, event planning, meetings, and other responsibilities that come your way.
- Optimize, develop, and maintain administrative processes that reduce redundancy and improve accuracy, while achieving organizational objectives.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across tools, databases, and reports
- Create and maintain operational dashboards/trackers.
- Experience in an administrative role.
- Exceptional communication and strategic listening skills
- Strong organization and coordination skills with an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective collaboration working in a team to deliver results on time and under budget
- Efficient time management and ability to plan workload, reduce interruptions, and prioritize tasks
- Autonomous, high-motor approach to execution and achievement
- Flexibility to work with last minute changes.
- Interest in finance and/or legal
- Fluency in English and Italian. Spanish is a plus.
- Excellent computer skills and comprehension of Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, ideally Power BI and Power Automate.
- Strong passion for Tesla’s mission.
