Team Lead Project Manager 1
Location: Branchburg NJ; work onsite 50% at Integration Center, rest is home office Must be local in Northern NJ or NYC
Role: contract
Duration: 6.5 mos (5/24 – 11/29/21), might be extended
USC or GC with 9/10 comm skills
Mandatory:
- Strong PM experience spanning the IT technical aspects of significant new corporate office build projects involving 10,000’s of devices (laptops, monitors, specialized turrets, keyboards, mouse, etc.) and 1000’s of end users
- Strong with high pace configuration projects of diverse IT devices, working with warehousing, stagging, configuration personnel and service delivery departments
- Strong with home office equipment deployment and installation
- Strong with logistics and supply chain coordination and project aspects of high pace products ordering, order accuracy, truck deployments, receiving/shipping, coordination of receipts, secure storage and access, technician receipt of equipment and installations
- Solid IT technology disposition and transition management experience
- Strong communication skills, multi-tasking, quality control, documentation, process and procedures, team leadership and validations.
- Work with sales org, vendors, warehouse team, products vendors.
Preferred:
- Banking/financial services project experience
- Project Management or related certifications
