Leadership Experience:
Must have experience and a proven track record leading teams in a retail or food service setting. Restaurant experience is preferred.

High Initiative:
Must be able to perform in a fast-paced environment and be able to make decisions under pressure. Must maintain a high sense of urgency and always prioritize the guest experience.

Inspire Others:
Must be a great example to team members by following procedures and embodying Chick-fil-A values while holding team members accountable to the same expectations. Must be able to encourage and coach team members to perform at their best.

Must strive for excellence everyday, showing up to work daily with the desire to continuously improve yourself and the restaurant.
