We are looking for a Technical Product Manager for our platform teams taking care infrastructure, application frameworks and quality assurance.

As a Product Manager, you are skilled at understanding the Why, the How and the What of building great viable products which keeps high product-market fit over time, delivering impact at scale on millions on users.

Previous experience is definitely relevant, however we’re looking for a person with the growth mindset to be a fit across the team: proactive, motivated, passionate about creating amazing user experiences, friendly, team player and an honest and fun professional to be around with.

Key Responsibilities

As a Product Manager at lastminute.com, you

• Work with the teams towards a platform initiatives in the product roadmap which you helped identify and prioritise, negotiating with stakeholders across the company
• Are able to collect, interpret and translate data and information to support product decisions through testing, analysis, telemetry and observability practices
• Deal with infrastructure and software engineering DevOps practices, understanding how they can impact success of the product platform and how they affect economics company-wide
• Use Lean approaches to break down big ideas into valuable pieces to deliver at fast pace , with a close eye over quality
• Want to deliver impact, able to influence and lead anybody in the organisation into supporting your teams’ goals
• Have experience working with multiple teams and aligning with stakeholders, being other products teams and business teams, to deliver quality products within a fast time-to-market
• Have strong communication skills to navigate a dynamic organisation across multiple countries & cultures

Skills and Experience

We are looking for you, who

• Have been working as a product or technology person in a highly traffic digital property for at least 3 years
• Have led product iterations in platform teams providing tech artefacts to other teams in your organisation, in specific within AWS environments
• Are tech literate and can lead conversations with software engineers effectively in terms of CI/CD, DevOps, Infrastructure and QA testing practices
• Have command of data around you products, from observability to KPIs
• Have steered your products to success as defined by KPIs set within stakeholders from all departments in your company
• Contribute to the definition of your product strategy
• Are fluent in spoken and written English
