We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to support the Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) Program at USCIS. The ICAM Program deploys agile development strategies during the development, testing and Quality Assurance process to provide the highest quality ICAM solutions to its USCIS and other Government business owners.
Position Responsibilities:

• Coordinate response to ISD, Chief of Staff, Front Office, etc. data calls on behalf of ICAM
• Coordinate with ICAM ITPMs and leadership to populate data calls
• Maintain ICAM responses on ISD Strategic Action Plan (SAP)
• Maintain ICAM Zero Trust Quad Chart
• Advocate for ICAM interests and initiatives when meeting with leadership or external teams
• Ability to communicate well verbally and in written format
• Present information in PowerPoint and on Microsoft Teams to up to 200 participants, including ICAM program, ISD leadership, OIT stakeholders
• Adept in using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams to communicate with technical personnel, end users, and leadership
• Understanding of ISD initiatives and ICAM initiatives to be able to report on progress and understand how projects align with organizational goals without need for supervision
• Lead cross-team ICAM collaboration, including RPR planning, DevOps talks, weekly project milestone/risk reviews, and other such meetings
• Project mgmt. expertise to unify all ICAM projects
• People person, ability to quickly form positive relationships
• Skilled facilitator, ability to diffuse tense situations
• Technical ability: 2 inches deep x 1 mile
• Organizational, political, and situational awareness and insight
• Ability to translate insights to StratOps action items, including communications, stakeholder engagement, presentations, etc.
