a SERVICE SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

Posizione:

The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following activities:

• Support service centers and/or end customers for technical issues
• Simulate faults, investigate the main causes of machine malfunction and find the most appropriate solutions
• Provide first-level reporting support in case customer service has not been able to solve the possible problem
• Suggest new products to arrive at a technical solution, within the agreed time frame. To do this, he/she will need to possess good communication skills, both to relate to internal staff and to suppliers/referrers outside the organization
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of after-sales strategies
• Provide technical training to customers and service centers on the product, including diagnosing problems and related repair/maintenance

Requisiti:

• High school degree in technical field, preferably electronics or computer science, or degree in the same field
• Good knowledge of English (spoken and written), which will be verified at interview
• Previous experience working in a service department for electronic products (manufacturing, after-sales or similar)
• Excellent communication skills with customers, internal and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of the use of MS Office
• Willingness to travel both nationally and internationally.

Altre informazioni:

The position involves a direct placement in the company with a permanent contract CCNL Commerce. Salary will be based on the candidate's current salary and experience in the role and will be between 40.000 and 45.000€.
