With Their work contributes the solution of failure detected during the service or during maintenance.
They must contribute to the improve performance of Enginering Reliability:
- the quality of their intervention
- completeness of the information that communicate on these actions, enabling engineering teams to detect "anomalies" technical (which is impacting and / or recurring failures generate changes);
- for their contribution in the investigation of "anomalies", in collaboration with system engineers of the train;
- for their feedback on all supporting documentation used in corrective maintenance and preventive
