Responsibilities include:

Logistics and Warehouse Support

• Provide logistics and warehouse management support.
• Perform and submit inventory of assets each month. (CDRL A006)
• Perform and submit a wall-to-wall inventory semi-annually. (CDRL A006)
• Manage the storage of IT systems, sub-systems, components, and peripherals.
• Allocate, assign, and track IT systems, sub-systems, components, and peripherals.
• Utilize the Navy Region’s authoritative tracking tool, to track assigned IT systems, sub-systems, components, and peripherals.
• Perform proper forecasting of additional IT systems, sub-systems, components, and peripherals needed based on inventory status.
• Inventory, ship, and receive IT systems, sub-systems, components, and peripherals IAW command policy.
• Compile, and archive required DoD documents for transfer of assets.

Asset Disposal or Merchandise Return

• Dispose systems, sub-systems, sub-components, peripherals, or any items identified by the Government for disposal using the Defense Reutilization Management Office (DRMO) process or other applicable, approved required disposal process.
• Sanitize applicable systems, sub-systems, sub-components, peripherals, or any items prior to disposal.
• Initiate, process and track the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) of systems, its components and peripherals when needed, to include the proper sanitization prior to shipping out of items when required.

Procurement Support

• Provide procurement support.
• Support the procurement process upon request or when required of IT systems, its subcomponents, peripherals, and materials. The contractor shall complete a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and provide to the COR within thirty days after assuming the position
• Recommend the procurement of items within the Approved Products List (APL), DADMs, Common Criteria (CC) certified, approved cryptographic required standard, and or Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) certified or any other applicable, required and approved listing when required.
• Acquire and maintain the proper accounts and access to support the procurement process.

• Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure; ability to maintain awareness of and seek to meet the needs and wants of the customer without being prompted.
• Technical skills and experience related to Warehouse Logistics
• Proven ability to troubleshoot problems and look for solutions
• Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Basic organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple service needs simultaneously
• Proficient computer skills including familiarity with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Must be a self-starter and work well with direct supervision.
• Must hold an active Secret Clearance

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience Level: Minimum Two (2) years of warehouse experience, to include: performing inventory, staging, packing, storage and shipping of electronic equipment and related material; operating motor vehicles and material handling equipment; and utilizing a computer-based inventory and bar coding system for entry, identification and tracking of material

Preferred Experience: (but not required):

• Prior Navy related experience.
