Moran Kidd Lyons Johnson & Garcia, PA is a full service commercial AV rated law firm that serves clients throughout Florida, with offices in Orlando and Miami Lakes. We have an immediate need for a strong and ambitious attorney with 0-3 years of workers’ compensation defense experience in our Orlando location. This is an excellent career opportunity with competitive salary and benefits offered. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials with proven skills in writing, analysis and research, and outstanding skills in negotiation and client interaction.

Associate attorneys will be responsible for handling their own caseload, managing deadlines, interacting with clients and outside attorneys, and will gain litigation and courtroom experience. Daily responsibilities include performing legal analysis on new and existing claims, developing case strategy, responding and propounding discovery, drafting of motions, taking depositions, attending hearings, attending mediations, negotiating settlements and assisting with trials.

Moran Kidd offers an excellent training program with the associate attorneys getting valuable experience immediately. After the initial training period, associate attorneys have the ability to work remotely as needed.
