ENTRY-LEVEL ACCOUNT MANAGER: WHO YOU ARE

As an Entry-Level Account Manager, you are the go-to person for when clients have questions, compliments, or concerns about our company. In this position, you get to interact with a wide variety of people and form numerous positive relationships with clients. You maintain both new and existing accounts for energy brokers, providing them with high-quality customer service and answering any questions they have.

While speaking with clients, you ask them to be honest and express both the good and bad aspects of working with us. You share this information with management, passing on any praise and recommended areas for improvement. When it's time to review client contracts, you bust out your excellent bargaining skills and effectively negotiate agreements for future services. You enjoy getting to interact with so many people and take pride in helping us improve how we serve our clients!


WHAT WE NEED FROM AN ENTRY-LEVEL ACCOUNT MANAGER
