Vodafone Internship Program is a development path dedicated to both Bachelor and Master’s students, which allows you to spend 6 months of as an active member in one of our teams.
After this experience, you will be able to relay complex information in a simple, clear and concise way to senior management. You will gain independence in performing the tasks assigned, setting priorities and achieving your goals. It includes also the opportunity to work on a project that could be the topic of your final dissertation.
The Internship Program may be just the first step of you career in Vodafone. In fact, it will allow you to be part of the selection process for our Discover Program
Role purpose
The candidate will contribute to the definition of the brand strategy within the Brand & Advertising department
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
- Experienced Events & Sponsorship, skilled in Advertising, Event management and Strategic Communications.
- Coordinate events with vendor and special project with sales force. Production of all the engagement activities related to the selling activities and drive to store.
- Launch internally/externally our purpose and key initiatives, with clear goals & milestones on digital society, inclusion and planet.
- Deepen SALES FORCE Engagement: Manage and execute Consumer events addressed to Vodafone Sales Force with the aim to inform and engage distribution.
- Support in the definition of short term and long term brand strategy, closely collaborating with the Head of the department and his first line managers
- Act as project manager of strategic/positioning projects and cross-country workstreams
- Measure return on communication investments, through the set-up of solid analytical models, able to support
Core competencies, knowledge and experience
- Strong communication/advertising strategic vision, developed in agencies
- Able to work in a challenging environment, passionate, energetic, availability to business trip
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Marketing and Advertising competences would be a strong plus
- Good communication skills and ability to work with different functions
Must have
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics or Communication.
- Proficient English knowledge
