Alstom, per la sede di Nola (NA), è alla ricerca di neolaureati/e in ingegneria (gestionale, meccanica, informatica, elettronica, telecomunicazioni) da inserire nel team Industrial Engineering - Services Operation per sviluppare il seguente progetto di stage.

Innovation/Service 4.0

OBIETTIVI E MODALITA’ DI SVOLGIMENTO STAGE:

Il candidato/La candidata opererà nella funzione Industrial Services, con lo scopo identificare e seguire progetti innovativi e digital solutions rivolte al miglioramento dei processi industriali e all'implementazione dell'Industry 4.0 applicata al mondo del Service Ferroviario.

Nello specifico, seguirà lo sviluppo di nuovi software e soluzioni mobile finalizzati alla pianificazione ed all’esecuzione delle attività manutentive di materiale ferroviario, tra cui: implementazione del sistema di trainscanner, sviluppo di soluzioni digitali per il serraggio a coppia elettronico.

L'obiettivo è l'eliminazione degli sprechi e delle attività a non valore aggiunto, sfruttando le potenzialità delle soluzioni digitali disponibili sul mercato. Il/La candidato/a dovrà indentificare e valutare i benefici di ogni progetto attraverso lo sviluppo di Business Case dedicati e seguire l'implementazione di quelli validati presso i siti pilota identificati.

DURATA: 5 mesi

TITOLO DI STUDIO: Preferita Laurea in Computer Science/Computer Engineering o Laurea in Ingegneria ad indirizzo Industriale (o similari)

CONOSCENZE/COMPETENZE RICHIESTE:

Ottima conoscenza delle lingue italiana e inglese

Predisposizione all’utilizzo di software e applicativi per piattaforme mobile

Predisposizione al lavoro di squadra e ad interfacciarsi con il team Operation (team leader e manutentori).

Curiosità e creatività nell'adottare e proporre soluzioni innovative.
