Job Mission:
The Laboratory Ops Operator will take care of the 3DIEMME surgical guides and models production and finishing, work with the RealGUIDE software for the most important operations related to guided surgery and prosthesis modelling, as well as provide technical online support and installation on the proper use of the 3DIEMME software package. The workflow covers (but is not limited to) surgical and prosthesis case planning, guided surgery procedures application and interface with intraoral scanning, laboratory scanning, CAD software, in-house milling and printing.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Surgical guides modelling and finishing
- Segmentation of CT/CBCT Dicom images
- Lab and 3D printers operations
- Model surgical guides and prosthesis using RealGUIDE software
- Support RealGUIDE CAD module
- RealGUIDE software beta testing
- Remotely assist and support with the installations of the RealGUIDE software56
- Provide technical online support and installation to current and potential customers on the proper use of the 3DIEMME software package
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Dental Technician education
- Basic digital workflow experience
- Strong IT affinity and Microsoft Office package basic user.
- English language knowledge is appreciated
- Problem solver mentality
- Organized, detail oriented and disciplined
- Have natural enthusiasm and interest in Digital Dentistry
- Willingness to work as a Team
