Landscape Maintenance Laborer

We are seeking EXPERIENCED landscape labor team members. You will be working on a team using hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruners, saws, hedge or brush cutters, and axes. Duties include leaf removal, watering sod, trees, or plants using a portable sprinkler system, hoses, or watering cans, prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges. Required to pick up and dispose of trash or debris on all properties. May operate mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, electric clippers, or sod cutters.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid Driver’s License
• 1-3 years of experience
• Landscaping experience a plus
• Needs to be familiar with commercial lawn maintenance equipment
• Show a desire to be a team player exhibiting our Core Values
• Excellent communication skills – Bilingual a plus
• Horticulture/landscaping knowledge a plus
• Ability to work some weekends/evenings and in inclement weather
• Ability to perform the physical demands of the position including regularly lifting up to 80 pounds, standing, walking, crouching, stoop/kneeling, and reaching with hands and arms

COMPENSATION:

• Hourly based upon experience: $17.00/hr and up
• We will BEAT your current rate in a comparable position (with proof of pay rate)
