We are searching for an ambitious self-starter to help join a dynamic new team with the objective of supporting new product innovation and capability development for the Virtual solutions business. As our Virtual Solutions Product Manager, you will be required to support the on-going delivery, commercial growth and product management of Virtual Solutions. You will be part of the Liquidity & Account Services Team, with a focus on new product innovation/capability and related development and commercialization.

Be part of a global business tasked to support client's transform their cash management practices using leading edge virtual solution capabilities. Engage with front-office partners - Sales, Implementation and Client Service - ensuring clients utilizing Virtual Solutions are matched to their specific cash management needs. Contribute to the development and successful roll out of Virtual solutions product road map and hone strategic, problem solving, creativity, communication and leadership skills

Job responsibilities:
  • Proactively contribute and support to the strategic direction of Virtual Solutions using insights into latest market trends around client cash management and reporting requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Manage the data mining for the team; perform analysis and translate data into key product impact / solutions. Manage the program(s) from concept design to business requirements gathering, to delivery and post release, and work closely with functional partners, pre and post releases, to ensure new product functionalities are delivered as per specified business requirements
  • Design and execute the 'Ready to Launch/Sell' plan in relation to Virtual Solutions expansion strategy and work with the appropriate stakeholders to ensure completion of post-implementation activities to validate product performance and clients' utilization of new and enhanced features
  • Produce and monitor reports of key performance indicators (KPI) to drive Product P&L and identify emerging balance and revenue trends as needed. Develop an understanding of the pricing strategy and its alignment with the Bank's balance sheet and funding strategy
  • Support a strong end-to-end product management control framework, including risk issue and remediation management, develop understanding of "Know Your Product" and other risk/control related frameworks and processes
  • Actively support identification, management, and remediation of risk issues, participate in post-implementation reviews for product launches
  • Actively partner with client coverage and PSS teams to refine use cases/metrics, provide support to front office functional partners to drive product growth: Finance and Business Management and partners, Sales, Implementations and Client Service, support the end-to-end client experience and associated initiatives to deliver a best-in-class solution for clients

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • 3+ years' experience in cash management product development and/or& management - digital channels experience a plus
  • Solid track record of success in data mining projects will examples of how those initiatives impacted the business
  • Fluency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience analyzing data, and documenting Business Requirements
  • Ability to partner with regional product managers to lead consistency and best practices
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with functional partners and other stakeholders whilst demonstrating ability to influence and drive decisions
  • Share knowledge and best practices across Regional teams and functional partner
