CTS is one of the largest integrators and managed service providers for mobile networks in the U.S. The company specializes in the design, installation and support of Distributed Antenna System (DAS), Small Cell, and 4G/5G Private Wireless Networks for the mobile network operators, enterprise and venue owners and network infrastructure owners.
We are seeking a sales executive who has a proven track record selling connectivity solutions into Verizon all levels of their business.
The Role
The National Sales Director for Verizon will be focused on fulfilling the wireless connectivity needs of the customer with CTS suite of in-building wireless solutions. In this role, you'll identify and/or develop programs with the customer where CTS can support their network buildout needs. This includes design, installation, owning, managing and maintaining Public 4G/5G and Private 4G/5G networks. The candidate should be able to demonstrate that they have great relationships at the national, regional and market levels with the customer. You should also have a good understanding of the various programs the customer currently manages, future programs that CTS can be a good fit and be able to develop new programs for the customer to consider. Lastly a successful candidate will be both a proven deal maker but also operationally minded so they can work internally to fulfill the contract terms between the companies.
Key responsibilities of the National Sales Director, Verizon position will include:
- Responsibility for the overall relationship and performance with the customer
- Maintaining an account forecast and execution strategy
- Understanding customer needs how CTS solutions can be applied
- Seeking out new growth opportunities and generating new sales leads
- Writing proposals and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFP's)
- Creating market awareness to all customer markets and regions of who CTS is, solutions we provide and how we can benefit the customer
- Executing Master Services Agreements
- Increasing revenues for CTS within the customer account
- Operating with national scope, without limitations in geographic territory within the U.S.
- Working with CTS internal teams to fulfill contract terms and other commitments
- Maintaining a sales pipeline in Salesforce.com
- Providing weekly status updates and other reporting as required
- Traveling as required to engage prospective customer opportunities
The Profile
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- A proven track record of top performance with the customer
- Experience selling at the senior executive level
- Experience selling communications technologies and solutions
- Experience selling in Manufacturing/Logistics, Healthcare, Commercial Real Estate, Hospitality/Entertainment, Sports and other verticals where the customer deploys in-building networks.
- Experience selling managed services (telecom, software, or IT)
- Experience/familiarity with some or all of the following technologies and industry segments:
- Private Wireless 4G/5G
- Public 4G/5G
- Public Safety Systems
- Enterprise WiFi
- Fiber-to-the-Edge
- Wireless Rooftops
