JOB DESCRIPTION

The Pearle Vision Practice Manager will provide management of all facets of a Retail stores' operation including but not limited to:

-Manage a retail team to perform to company standards.

-Select Eyewear that is appropriate for customers

-Ensure the doctor is efficiently scheduled to achieve ultimate customer experience.

-Monitor and achieve profit sales goals set forth by the company.

-Ensure all employees achieve and maintain the highest level of customer service.

-The daily operation of the retail business, opening and closing, according to procedures.

-provide daily, weekly statistics to Regional Manager as required.

-Manage towards profitability.

-Motivating, coaching and developing the team to exceed company goals

-Hire, supervise and train all new employees.

-completing all reports at the expected time as set forth by the company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
