MISSION

Monitoring and execution of customer order process. Communicate with customers, Sales and after sales in order to manage orders, also checking times and quantity required.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

SALES & OPERATION PLANNING

• Manage of S&OP process and entry order plans
• Closely cooperate with sales functions in order to continuously improve forecast processes and forecast accuracy
• Analyses and interprets data and trends, with particular focus on “On time delivery” and “Lead time” KPI

ORDER MANAGEMENT

• Coordinate the communication with Plant Supply chain, Sales and after sales with the aim of checking the right management of orders
• Monitoring the execution of customer order process, maintain related records and keep update data in SAP
• Monitoring weekly order saturation analysis in order to confirm or suggest improvement plans
• Get advice from Planning/Purchasing to confirm leadtime for new products
• Check with Planning to improve delivery or accept delay/cancellation of orders for Customers
• Ensure goods collection, on time shipping and on time delivery
• Weekly order saturation analysis with the aim of putting in place improvement plans

CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Communicate with customers, Sales and after sales in order to manage orders, also checking times and quantity required.
• Receive orders from Customers and confirm by Sales Orders
• Maintain Customer Info records
• Coordinate with Controlling to get and maintain Sales Info records

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

• Manage trends and sell out data to improve stock inventory process and maintaining optimum inventory level
• Update of MRP parameters relative to security stocks, lead time, Minimum Order Quantity, with the main objective to reach defined stock values
• Cooperate with material planners and production planner by planning of short, mid and long-term supplies

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Past experience in similar role
• Knowledge of Order Management and Sales & Operations Processes
• Knowledge of Custom Regulation
• Knowledge of Warehouse Operations Processes
• Fluent in English
