The Opportunity
Marvell Technology, Inc. is a data infrastructure semiconductor solutions provider. The Company is principally engaged in delivering the data infrastructure technology that connects the world. The Company moves, stores, processes and secures data with semiconductor solutions designed for its customer needs. The Company is engaged in providing analog and mixed signal semiconductor solutions for the communications and cloud markets. We are seeking for engineering position related to Validation.
Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced, versatile validation engineer to contribute to the Characterization of high-performance switched mode DC-DC converters. Analyze, debug and bring-up PMIC product at silicon level, working closely with design and other stakeholders within the company.
Work includes but not limited to develop and execute bench level validation test plans, develop script in Python to automate testing, generate appropriate test report. Provide technical support to other stakeholders and for furnishing collateral documentation related to technical matters. Success will be dependent on the definition of PVT characterization, ATE support performing bench correlation testing and robustness tests.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering/Science or related technical field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Master’s degree on Electrical/Electronic Engineering is preferable.
Experience must include five (5) years of experience with some combinations of following:
  • Experience in Characterization of DC/DC converter products.
  • Test Script generation in Python or other languages.
  • Debugging using equipment like Oscilloscope, Power supplies, Multimeter and Electronic Loads.
  • Experience and knowledge on Power Printed Circuit Board design.
  • Creating and Performing Validation test cases and generating reports including the data collected.
