Job description
La risorsa identificata sarà inserita nei progetti relativi a clienti enterprise e sarà responsabile di:
- Gestione della piattaforma Power Platform
- Governance globale, strategia di adozione e modello di consegna Power Platform
- Fornire competenze tecniche e funzionali attraverso corsi di formazione per guidare lo sviluppo e l’adozione dei programmi interni in esecuzione su Power Platform
- Fornire supporto tecnico Premier ai clienti per lo stack Power Platform
- Aiutare i clienti a risolvere problemi di interruzione/riparazione su incidenti che richiedono una conoscenza approfondita di più tecnologie
- Collaborare con i clienti su casi di consulenza per aiutarli a sviluppare Power Apps, flussi di Power Automate o Power Virtual Agents
- Gestire le richieste di servizio durante tutto il ciclo di vita, dalla risposta iniziale alla risoluzione
- Gestire tutti i tipi di richieste di servizi Power Platform, dalle licenze e governance, alla creazione di app, flussi e bot
