Process Control Engineer (Food Manufacturing)

Job Description:

This site is a 300-person food additives plant that uses spray drying and fermentation. This site is in the midst of a long-term plan to convert from a PLC system to DeltaV controls. This person will be part of a three person controls group that is responsible for the conversion which includes design work as well as installation, programming, and start-up.

Relocation assistance is offered with this position. Minimal travel associated with this role.

Minimum Requirements:

• B.S. in Electrical or Chemical Engineering with 3 plus years’ experience
• Candidates must have DeltaV DCS controls experience out of chemicals or foods and experience control system upgrades
• Pluses would be experience with Allen Bradley PLCs, Rockwell PLC 5, SLCs, Control Logix, and/or Wonderware HMI

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
