Job description

The Commercial Manager will work closely with the Project Manager in order to set up and then manage all the commercial aspects of an international show production (from the org chart to the budget, from the supervision of the HR to the Logistics). Commercial Manager has to take care of the whole project from the beginning (planning) to the end (closings).

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

  • Working close to the Project Manager, study and planning of the Organizational Chart, definitions of the key roles and reporting lines, timeline, project budget allocation, target and assignment to the head of department.
  • Set up of budget management process, control and update
  • Manage team economic proposals, negotiations, reporting and engagement process (from selection until final payments)
  • Manage and work closely with Procurement for supplier selection, negotiations, contracts general terms and conditions, managing the team which will take care of the whole supplier contract process
  • Work efficiently within the Administrative Department for the PO processing, contracts, payments and general administration flow.
  • Work efficiently and oversee the HR Department for the Engagement Letter processing, contracts, payments and general HR flow.
  • Work efficiently and oversee the Logistic Department for all the logistics team related matters (Flights, Accommodation, Visa, Insurance and Benefits etc).
  • Knowledge and coordination of all the economic agreement of the production team and suppliers.
  • Knowledge of the business strategy with the client, follow the contract steps and oversee the invoicing and payments scheduling and deadlines.
  • Management control and internal cost report

  • General understanding of all admin functional areas: HR, Logistics, Finance & Procurement

  • Flexibility
  • Open to travel and relocated for 2/3 months production release period
