We are hiring for a QA Analyst/ Tester! Open to remote candidates!
Join the testing development team to ensure the highest quality of Digital Products are released for use in the world market. The position is part of our Quality & Assurance testing team that designs and executes test plans for each release. The position is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing test scripts, providing operational support within a DevOps context, and responding to incidents.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Write and execute
- automated test cases/plans using Cypress
- manual test cases then automate it, automated test plans in JMeter/Blazemeter
- Review and analyze system specifications
- Collaborate w/ our team of software testers to develop effective strategies and test plans
- Create and manage artifacts, reports, and logs to document testing phases, outcomes, and defects
- Evaluate product code according to specifications
- Report bugs and errors to development teams in Azure DevOps
- Help troubleshoot issues
- Conduct post-release / post-implementation testing
- Provide or coordinate with production operations support
The IDEAL candidate must have:
- Expertise in writing automated test cases in Cypress
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance or similar roles
- Familiarity with load testing with Blazemeter / Jmeter
- Familiarity with DevOps frameworks and regression testing
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong organizational skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems / Technology, or relevant certification in test automation
