Description

The Network RAN Specialist focuses upon the deployment, implementation, integration, commissioning/de-commissioning and acceptance testing of any network components and services (e.g. across Mobile Access, Fixed Access and Access TX / 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G) in line with the network infrastructure strategy. The Network RAN Specialist has a good understanding of established concepts and procedures to deploy and deliver network equipment and services and conduct performance assessments and optimisation.

This role will be responsible for mobile detailed radio planning, both hardware and software, in order to achieve network roll-out targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and ensure the implementation of detailed HW configuration guidelines, looking for efficiencies through standardization of these configurations
• In charge of the whole process from the detail radio planning to the final implementation of the radio network

• Knowledge of radio access technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G)
• Ability to meet the deadline and project definitions, supported by good decision-making skills
• Works smartly to achieve results in effective way

Must Have Technical Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering
• Experience in managing Mobile Network processes and related analysis
