- svolgere le attività proprie degli addetti al ricevimento (check in e check out, acquisizione e gestione di prenotazioni e pagamenti, gestione degli arrivi improvvisi, imprevisti);
- eseguire i controlli logistici e di sicurezza.
Requisiti richiesti:
- disponibilità a lavorare su turni, diurni, notturni e festivi;
- spiccato senso del servizio, padronanza della lingua Inglese, e dei principali sistemi informatici;
- spiccato orientamento al cliente e alla qualità del servizio, voglia di mettersi in discussione e di crescere professionalmente;
- predisposizione per il servizio ed il lavoro in gruppo, attitudine a lavorare per obiettivi, buona educazione, cortesia e discrezione.
