Job Summary:
Balich Wonder Studio is looking for a talented and curious Recruiting Coordinator.
The role is meant as a support to the HR Department in the management of all recruiting activities related to Company’s and Projects’ needs.
The Recruiting Coordinator organises and deals with the various step of the recruiting process: from the job descriptions drafting, to CV screening, interviews coordination and feedbacks collection.
The position is also responsible for the daily update of Recruiting digital database.
Main duties:
- Support the Recruiting Manager interacting with department heads to identify job openings and preparing job descriptions and requirements
- Source candidates by using databases, job postings and Linkedin
- Post job openings on media and social media outlets
- Find and filter appropriate job applicants and perform reference checks when needed
- Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
- Conduct phone, Skype and/or in-person screening interviews
- Schedule interviews to line manager and follow up with them to collect and register their feedbacks
- Support the Recruiting Manager providing shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Provide organizational support to the hiring team in the various step of the process
- Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires guaranteeing the daily update of Recruiting database
- Attend job fairs and careers events
Requirements
Required Skills:
- A bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field
- Experience in and knowledge of recruitment process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR resources and tools (Linkedin; Sourcing Portals; Applicants tracking systems)
- An interest in people development and enthusiasm for working in a socially engaged and culturally diverse environment
- Team player with the ability to work flexible working hours according to business needs, and able to remain calm/work under pressure
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation and interpersonal skills
- IT skills (OSX and Windows)
- People oriented, inquiring & open minded
- Excellent English and Italian, the knowledge of any other language will constitute a plus
- Excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable communicating with individuals at any levels
- Ability to deal with confidential information in a professional manner
