• 2-5 years of development experience with Python
• Prior experience with Elasticsearch
• JavaScript experience

• Prior experience working with applications that are migrating from one company to another via an acquisition

Day to Day:

An employer is seeking two remote Django Developers to join their team in helping them with a development update with an acquisition. The Django Developers will be working for a company that was acquired by a large Oil and Gas corporation and will be working on helping to get the application operable nation wide and ultimately to the UK. The application is a web based application for fleet management tasks for fueling of trucks. It allows the drivers to see how they reimbursed, it allows the administrators to send invoices, see stats on how long to bill, etc. The Django Developer will be a Sr level resource that can come in and help migrate the current application into the new acquired companies' environment and develop it to be accessible nation wide while improving it along the way. He or she will have strong experience with Django, python, Elasticsearch and JavaScript. This will be a 3 month contract with possible extensions.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $71.00 per hour
