Description of responsibilities - essential candidate qualities, preferences and skills:

• Ability to coordinate with Field and Erection team for delivery and crane plan operation.
• Detailing and modeling of precast projects, both architectural and structural, using Revit.
• Develop standard templates and families in Revit.
• Willingness to help other Detailers with Revit.
• Ability to schedule and execute material take-offs and clash detection using Revit.

Essential Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must have past experience using Revit in erection drawings and productions shops for a precast concrete facility and/or develop DD’s and CD’s.
• Must be able to read and interpret contract drawings with minimal supervision.
• Must have experience with model coordination and calibration with other disciplines, i.e. structural / architectural.
• Team player.

Preferred Experience:

• Practical plant or field experience in a precast or construction company.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Bilingual.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to be very active and constantly requires standing, sitting, walking, and bending.
