La persona che ricoprirà il ruolo di Sales Representative TAVI contribuirà allo sviluppo della terapia interagendo con il personale medico direttamente coinvolto in sala ed anche con medici referral ed amministrativi oltre a fornire un supporto tecnico e specialistico in sala operatoria al fine di consentire un corretto utilizzo dei prodotti Medtronic.

Obiettivi generali/Responsabilità:
responsabilità commerciale, assistenza in sala, presentazione dei prodotti e studi clinici, promozione dei prodotti nell’area assegnata.


A Day in the Life
Le sue responsabilità comprenderanno:

  • Promozione dei prodotti ed attività assegnati nell’area di competenza,
  • Raggiungimento del target di fatturato assegnato,
  • Gestione delle gare e trattative presso gli enti pubblici e privati.
  • Presentazione delle tecnologie e prodotti presso i clienti e supporto sul corretto utilizzo degli strumenti e dei prodotti.
  • Lancio di nuovi prodotti presso i clienti selezionati in linea con le direttive Aziendali.
  • Implementazione di piani di azione promozionali nell’area di competenza
  • Coordinamento dei principali attori del mercato, Key Opinion Leaders e operatori amministrativi.
  • Divulgazione della letteratura clinica di riferimento.
  • Individuazione delle opportunità di Business e follow up sui progetti assegnati
  • Individuazione e pianificazione di soluzioni commerciali applicabili all’area di competenza.
  • Parteciperà a presentazioni, convegni e meeting per dare ai medici tutte le informazioni necessarie sui nostri prodotti costruendo, nel contempo, solide relazioni.
  • La risorsa sarà coinvolta nel training e nell’ aggiornamento tecnico dei medici, del personale ospedaliero nonché di tutte le persone coinvolte nell’ utilizzo dei prodotti Medtronic.
  • Darà altresi supporto nelle attività di marketing.
  • Fornirà ogni qualvolta il medico ne faccia richiesta, un supporto tecnico/ specialistico immediato avendo cura di condividere tutti i dati clinici necessari a dimostrazione dell’efficacia del prodotto.
  • Si farà carico della gestione di criticità sui nostri prodotti confrontandosi, in base alle necessità, con i colleghi del marketing
  • Dovrà essere in grado di interagire con associazioni di pazienti e dovrà conoscere le varie dinamiche politico/amministrative all’interno degli ospedali di sua competenza e della regione di appartenenza

Must Have:

  • Laurea in ingegneria biomedica o materie scientifiche e tecniche
  • Disponibilità a fornire assistenza tecnica in sala operatoria
  • Disponibilità a spostamenti sul territorio di competenza e sul distretto
  • Problem Solving: capacità di affrontare il problema da più punti di vista aiutando il medico a trovare le migliori soluzioni ai problemi tecnici.
  • Orientamento al risultato
  • Buone doti comunicative e relazionali
  • Buona conoscenza degli aspetti amministrativo-legali per la gestione di gare e trattative indette da strutture pubbliche

  • Pregressa esperienza nel settore Cardiologia Interventistica e Cardiochirurgia
