Salesforce Business Analyst:

Founder Shield is seeking an analytical and growth-oriented Salesforce Administrator to monitor company technology systems, operations, and initiatives.
What you’ll be doing:
Reporting directly to our VP of Salesforce Operations, this individual will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce environment. This individual will be responsible for effectively communicating with clients, developers, and internal stakeholders in order to fulfill all Salesforce-focused needs of the company.
Other responsibilities include:
  • Support senior leadership on strategic initiatives and operational improvements
  • Gather detailed requests for improvements or changes to the system and implement these changes as appropriate
  • Effectively and clearly communicating with clients and coworkers across various channels
  • Implement effective controls and technological processes during periods of high growth within the company
  • Handle all administrative functions including user management (e.g. new user setup/deactivation, profiles, permissions, public groups, resetting passwords)
  • Perform Salesforce configuration changes (e.g. validation rules, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports)
  • Document processes and create training resources, reports, and other materials as needed
  • Evaluate new software solutions to add to our robust technical stack
  • Act as an internal resource for Salesforce user issues and provide user training as needed
About you:
  • Curious and hungry to grow and learn more about Salesforce and other technology platforms
  • 1 year of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role
  • Certified Administrator preferred or working towards it
  • Experience with Salesforce Data Loader, Lightning, & automation tools such as flow
  • Understanding of Apex classes
  • Ability to quickly master new technology
  • Strong track record of identifying and improving process inefficiencies
  • Experience evaluating and implementing new technology tools for the team
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Team player with strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills
