We are looking for a Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our marketing campaigns to drive revenues.

As our Senior Marketing Manager, we will count on you to have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Working with the sales and executive team, you will create and launch campaigns to help us find clients that are interested in a new approach to learning, building teams, giving back and promoting company culture. You’ll be responsible for social media, website development, SEO, email campaigns and other compelling ways to help us generate new corporate accounts with Fortune 500 companies.

  • Develop communications and marketing strategies that encompass a plethora of tools including online presence, media, public relations, internal communications, brand marketing, advertising, direct mail, etc.
  • Plan and execute all online marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Rebuild our website to drive better SEO and the right clients
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Brainstorm new and creative campaigns to support growth strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Supervise support team and collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Education, Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in online marketing, preferably with experience selling B-to-B in the events and training or other services industry
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience with SalesForce and integrating & measuring data in digital campaigns
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels, setting up and optimizing Google Adwords, and building PPC campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of ad serving and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc. )
