Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire in stage all’interno della direzione Human Resources, in particolare nella struttura di Staffing&Recruiting.
Lo stage ha l’obiettivo di consentire un’esperienza sia teorica che pratica, collaborando allo sviluppo e all’implementazione di strategie di Recruiting e Talent Attraction con un grado di autonomia sempre maggiore.
Principali attività:
-
Contatto con i manager di linea per lo studio del profilo da ricercare

Pubblicazione dei Job Posting su diversi canali di reclutamento e sul sito aziendale
-
Screening dei CV
-
Gestione delle agende per le attività di recruiting
-
Colloqui di selezione (sia in autonomia che con i Manager di linea)
-
Supporto alle attività di Employer Branding
-
Gestione della comunicazione con enti di riferimento (es. agenzie di somministrazione, università, Business School)

Elaborazione di reportistica HR
Requisiti richiesti:
-
Laurea specialistica in ambito psicologico, umanistico o economico
-
La partecipazione ad un master in Risorse Umane verrà considerato un plus
-
Conoscenza avanzata di Excel e Power Point
-
Ottime capacità relazionali e di team working
-
Alto grado di riservatezza e capacità relazionali a vari livelli
-
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
Durata stage: 6 mesi
