Position Description: CEAR (California Electronic Asset recovery), a Mather based IT Asset Management company, is looking for a Warehouse Worker - Dismantler to disassemble monitors, computers, laptops and other electronics for recycling.

Work Schedule: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Disassemble monitors, laptops, computers, and other electronics to components, i.e. plastics, metals, batteries, lamps, etc.
Segregate materials into proper containers for further processing.
Break down pallets, remove packaging, and sort materials into various hardware types.
Meet daily quota that may be set by management.
Perform related duties consistent with the scope and intent of the position.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma.
Able to work in fast paced production environment.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs with help and transport moderately heavy computers and other electronic units.
Able to operate hand tools and pallet jacks.
Able to work in a non-air-conditioned warehouse environment.
Must be able to pass background check, back evaluation, and drug test.

Compensation and Benefits:
Pay rate: $16.00-$17.00/hour depending on experience.
