Hotel Il Sereno lago di Como, 5 Star Hotel, part of LHW based in Lake Como area is looking 2023 Spring-summer season for:
Welcome point attendant to undertake all the clerical duties at the parking.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality, able to interact with guests and satisfy their requests. A customer-oriented approach is essential.
Responsibilities:
Keep the parking space and garage tidy with all necessary material
Greet and welcome guests
Answer questions provide information
Park guest's luxury cars
Taking care of bags delivery
Clean the cars when requested
Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
Proficient in English (oral and written)
Strong communication and people skills
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Problem-solving skills
