Responsibilities:

• Applies and observes project management office operating procedures in day-by-day processes.
• Applies all methodologies and uses tools developed and shared within the office for systematic contract management.
• Detailed contract analysis (Terms&Conditions, presence of signatures and date congruence, Scope of Supply -quantities and prices + basic configuration) to verify that all necessary and mandated requirements are present and complete for system entry and booking acknowledgement.
• Identifies and highlights discrepancies and/or deficiencies that do not allow the contract to be processed, referring it back to Sales for verification, clarification and removal of blockages/suspensions.
• Performs system order entry and then creates the internal job order, according to all information made available by the vendor.
• Shares and validates the project schedule established with other functions.

Requirements:

• Italian and English fluent

• Good organizational skills.

• Good Problem Solving skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
