We are looking for a Track Operations Planning Specialist who will join Marelli Motorsport Track Operations Team in our Corbetta (Milan-Italy) site.

The mission of the person will be to support the Team handling day by day activities from logistics, operations and administration point of views. The Track Operations Team is dedicated to provide technical support on track to our customers during several professional championships (F1, F-E, WEC etc…).

The main tasks will be:

• Be the connection point between Track Operations, Sales Management and Supply Chain & Logistics departments to make sure that products are delivered in time, to monitor delivering flow and to manage lease material which are coming back from races;
• Support Track Operations Department on administration tasks as required for handling of lease material (from and to the factory);
• Help Track Operations and Supply Chain & Logistics departments elaborating shipments documents (ATA CARNET, details of shipments etc..);
• Monitor status of orders/activities for external consultants and complete required administration tasks;
• To support Track Operations department on purchase requisition management.

The ideal candidate is able to manage relationships in a multicultural environment, both internally and externally, in a fast scenario which requires multitasking attitude and ability to meet strict deadlines.

The main requirements for application are:

• Degree in Management Engineering;
• Italian Fluent;
• English Fluent;
• A previous experience in a similar Supply Chain & Logistics role (at least 1 year);
• Microsoft Office package good knowledge;
• Experience with SAP system will be a plus.
